Look to the right under Data and right-click on the File name associated with that document and click Delete. Open the registry path from above, and you will see a list of your history, each named File 1, File 2, File 3, and so on. Removing specific documents is also easy. Right-click on Recent File List and click Delete. To delete your entire document histry, open the Registry Editor and go to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Applets\Wordpad\Recent File List.
